LV seeks to respect and meet the need to protect users’ personal data, such as data provided to us when users send a request for more product information or when users make a purchase offer, post a feedback, send us an email or message via social media, or chat with us either through WhatsApp or Facetime.
All information or personal data entered by the user in the services is stored on servers or magnetic means of security. LV commits itself to take the necessary steps to maintain the confidentiality and security of information, it being established, however, that it will not be liable for any damages caused by breach of the necessary security and confidentiality measures by third parties using public networks or the Internet, subverting security systems to access user information.
1. Personal data.
The data collected usually are name, contact details, delivery address and ID. LV uses this data to respond to requests, proposals, questions or complaints from users. LV uses this data also to communicate updates on services and promotions, and yet to ask users about the services provided.
LV disclose user data when operationally necessary, as in the case of invoice issue or shipment of goods.
Extreme circumstances may require that personal information be disclosed to: fulfil legal obligation, protect and defend rights or property, protect the safety of users of services or to protect against legal liability.
Under the current data protection legislation, the user is granted access to personal data registered with LV. If you want to delete, update or change your preferences (such as not receiving promotional material), just send your request, including proof of your identity, to dadospessoais@lovevintage.com.br.
2. Cookies.
LV sends information to the user’s computer, which sends us back this information the next time the user visits our services. Cookies tell us about the visits: frequency, time, searches. With the information provided by cookies, we can make access to services better, easier and faster.
Of course, it is at your own discretion whether to disable cookies from a web browser or delete all stored cookies.
For the same purpose of cookies, the services may contain web beacons, images in code inserted in the pages of the services.
3. IP address.
LV uses IP (identification of computers connected to the Internet) addresses for system administration – for example, to track and troubleshoot potential problems when users access services. IP addresses are never disclosed to third parties.
4. Update.
This Privacy Policy may be updated whenever necessary, without prior notice, to comply with laws and jurisprudence or to improve security and privacy levels. We will notify you of such changes, such as by sending a notification by email, notifying through the Services or updating the “Last Update” date. By continuing to access or use the Services after any notice of updates to the Privacy Policy, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy frequently to ensure that you understand the privacy conditions of accessing and using the Services.
